All Claims are directly managed by our unique network of experienced Litigation Consultants and legally educated/qualified professionals.
Each client constituency / account is assigned a Consultant with actual field experience in the world of defence litigation in the insured sector.
All personnel have CII and or legal qualifications.
We tailor our bespoke “Client Claims Management Agreement” (CCMA) to suit the needs of each of our Clients – We know all of our Clients have distinct needs, and by using the CCMA, we can gather all information needed to service the Client from the start. The CCMA is also uploaded onto your CMG MI® programme and your individual appointed Claims Handlers can review your unique requirements as required to ensure a seamless service for you.
Experienced & qualified Auditing staff can undertake on-site live / dead file Audits both locally in Gibraltar and throughout the servicing territory.
